After 15 years leading strategy in big tech, I did something unexpected: I bought a hair and nail salon in Falls Church, Virginia.

It wasn’t random. It was the first step in a mission I’d been building toward for years: making the strategies and tools that power billion-dollar companies accessible and beneficial to the people and businesses on Main Street.

I call them “hundred dollar empires.” Most people don’t actually want to become billionaires. They want meaning, financial security, and the kind of satisfaction that comes from building something real. Hundred Dollar Empire exists to create access to those things through direct investment, coaching, networking, and software built for small business owners, not against them.
